distills the beauty, magic and humor – as well as the loneliness, anxiety, paradox and often dysfunction – of contem-porary life.  The title refers to the children’s game where players freeze and unfreeze one another by touching.  Viewers draw upon empathy and intuition to meta-phorically unfreeze the figures/ characters—who embody multi-faceted feelings, desires, ambitions and fears—and explore their ambiguous narratives.  The fig-ures exist in a psychological landscape rendered in abstract, minimal constructions, where one must create a personal system of logic to define context in terms of opportunities, obstacles, challeng-es, risks and goals
